We offer solvent free highly epoxy-functional silicone fluid. It contains epoxy alkyl groups bound to silicon atoms by means of non-hydrolysable spacers.

The epoxy groups can react with multiple chemical moieties, like amino- or hydroxy-functional materials. Thus Baysilone Fluid OF EP 901 can be used as crosslinker in formulations of accordingly functionalized bifunctional materials.

It can also be used to enhance the durability of aminofunctional silicones on substrates, e.g. to improve the wash resistancy of fabric softening, easy ironing or water repellency treatments on fabrics or to increase the cycle performance of release agents.
